Returns & Repairs:
All items may be returned within 10 calendar days from the date on the receipt. Jewellery
must be not worn, must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging,
with the receipt enclosed. A full refund will be given, less the cost of shipping.
Please contact us first to arrange a return.
In the unlikely event of an item has breaking due to
normal wear and tear within the first 3 months after purchase, you may send me the item for
complimentary repair. Please contact us to arrange a repair.
If you have damaged your jewellery it can be repaired anytime. The repair fee depends
on the extent of the damage. Please contact us for more information if needed.
